It controls the wastewater to discharge up to the standard, improves the construction standard for wastewater treatment facilities, and supervises strictly to ensure the water environment to reach the standard. It divides the districts scientifically, enhances the control over corresponding regions, prevents and supervises noises to ensure the acoustic environment to reach the standard.
It perfects the construction of environmental health facilities, sets up a system for classified collection, comprehensive treatment and recycled use of solid waste, energetically explores advanced environmental hygiene technologies such as to collect solid waste with a pneumatic conveying system and gradually achieves the reduction, resource regeneration and harmless treatment of solid waste to control the solid waste in a scientific way.
Through establishing a unified, efficient and harmonious long-term mechanism for environmental protection, the air quality in the eco-city will reach the standard and the water environmental quality will be obviously improved.
