In order to highlight the ecological feature, the plan specifies the development will make a gradient reduction from the transit stops to the surrounding areas, and the organic blending of peripheric low-intensity developed lots with the natural environment to form an orderly spatial shape and a wavy skyline.
Meanwhile, the plan respects the extant natural environment in the area, optimizes the quality of urban environment, highlights and strengthens four themes, i.e. "water, green, city, culture", to carry out a systematic optimization and perfection to water environment, open space of green area, city skyline, urban vista, nocturne lighting, architectural feature, architectural color and urban sculpture etc. to highlight the ecological feature and regional feature and to mold a urban landscape characterized by the harmony between artificial environment and natural environment, and the blending of regional feature and modern sci-tech civilization.
